Azzama Transportation offers trucking services across the U.S., including but not limited to:

✔ Full Truckload (FTL) transportation
✔ Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping
✔ Expedited freight services
✔ Drayage and freight management

Quotations & Payment Terms

All service quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur interest charges.

Customer Obligations

Customers using our services agree to:

✔ Provide accurate shipping details and documentation
✔ Ensure goods are properly packaged and labeled
✔ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Liability and Limitations

Azzama Transportation is not liable for delays due to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the lesser of $100 per shipment or the actual value of the goods unless a higher value is declared and additional charges are paid.

Insurance

Azzama Transportation does not provide cargo insurance. Customers are encouraged to secure their own insurance coverage.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
